Site Management
When you become a Special Protective Services client, you will be assigned to the branch closest to you. You will have direct access to the branch manager, who will be able to address your questions and concerns promptly, so you get the fastest answers and solutions possible.
Site Supervisor
All of our site supervisors are screened and hand picked by branch managers with an invitation to our clients to be a part of the selection process. All of our site managers are picked for their strong managerial and communication skills, with a minimum of two years security related experience a requirement.
Your site supervisor’s primary role is to ensure that you are receiving exceptional service. Site supervisors work directly with the branch to receive all of the necessary tools to exceed your expectations. Working closely with our clientele, site supervisors are responsible for:
- Interviewing all new officers to guarantee that they meet client needs and guidelines
- Training officers for site specific requirements
- Anticipating personnel needs during normal operation, special events and seasonal times.
